Billing

We provide billing solutions for our Partners of all sizes and at any stage of their business development cycle.

Available as a Purchase / Lease Option, a Managed solution or as a Business Process Outsourcing option, our Partners are able to determine the best option for their business.

Our system can process up to 50 million calls per hour, keeping bill cycle times to a minimum. And there is no limit to the number of invoices that can be processed in a single bill run. We provide our Partners with the full provisioning for line rental and service charge billing so that additional products can be incorporated (e.g. broadband) and other recurring charges added onto a single bill.

Provisioning

We are able to offer provisioning, order management and reconciliation solutions enhancing our Partners' performance and business profitability. These products are fully automated and improve order processing, business efficiencies and reduce operational overheads.

Accessible as either a web-based or as a locally deployed solution, the Tempest offering can be standalone or integrated into Tempest (or other) billing platforms and software.

All our offerings are available via our web-based Partner Portal, which provides full provisioning, order status, reporting, CDRs and fault management information on a 24 / 7, 365 basis.
