This unique and powerful order management and provisioning system handles all current WLR, broadband, CPS and Opal LLU order workflows, and is constantly being developed to cater for any changes in the market.
Zephyr communicates with the BT WLR2 XML interface and with other Carrier provisioning interfaces to provision orders and track status. It manages the workflow for the different order elements such as WLR and CPS. Where possible, live dates are coordinated so the customer has a single start date for all services and, more importantly, there is no revenue leakage while the different elements go ‘live’.
To facilitate a seamless transfer of billing liability from operator to communications provider, the Zephyr workflow provides a billing interface to automatically update the billing system with the correct service details and live dates.
