The system has a wide range of features, which are all designed to work at the very
highest level with the minimum of training. For instance, the system has multiple
distribution options, making the delivery of bills to multiple contacts totally
flexible. At the same time, it allows complex tariffing, including overrides for
specific destinations or dialled numbers. This enables you to sell unique deals,
such as inclusive minutes packages, and maintain margins by offering specific rates
to a range of destinations.
What’s more, Tempest maintains the destination matrix, which adds new number ranges
ensuring bill accuracy and margin retention from a more detailed rate definition.
The system processes up to 8 million calls per hour, keeping bill cycle times to
a minimum. And there is no limit to the number of invoices that can be processed
in a single bill run. We give you full provision for line rental and service charge
billing so you can incorporate broadband and other recurring charges onto a single
bill.
You can also produce invoices that are dual branded or branded in different ways
for different customer groups. You can even act as a wholesaler or aggregator by
processing minutes from multiple carriers into CDR files, so your reseller customers
can produce their own bills.
