eNable Online Billing Platform
Building on the unprecedented success of Wave On-line which was arguably the first
web enabled reseller billing system, eNable is taking our customers to the next
level in terms of scalability, functionality and usability.
The product marks a departure from Tempest’s traditional managed service offering
and provides a complete end to end billing system available to customers on either
a monthly rental or one off license fee basis.
eNable is a complete billing toolkit, allowing resellers total control of each billing
cycle without the constraints or overheads of traditional desktop applications.
We have ensured that eNable is fully tested, scalable and robust and are committed
to an ongoing development programme to ensure that its stays ahead of the competition.
eNable supports line rental, broadband and other recurring charges as well as complex
tariffs, free minute packages and bundles. It produces invoices with an unparalleled
level of clarity including top level summary information and colour graphs to highlight
key trends in your customers activity. Your needs are also taken care of with a
wealth of management information available to you as downloadable reports and onscreen
information so that you can be sure margins are being retained across your whole
base.
Customer Comments. on eNable
“After a thorough search of the Billing solution on the market BtL selected Tempest.
The decision came down to Tempest’s track record of delivering solutions that worked
and their desire to provide us what we wanted. Throughout the development process
and into live use Tempest have provided outstanding support and been quick to integrate
new ideas into the solution. Billing accuracy and presentation is very important
to building a trusted relationship with our customers and we are pleased to report
that our level of billing queries has dropped to almost nil. I would recommend Tempest’s
eNable platform to all telecoms resellers."
