AT Communications Group Plc
Daisy Group Plc has announced the aquisition of the trading assets of AT Communications Group Plc and Eurotel Ltd.
The aquisitions are the first following the company's flotation on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) and further strengthen the business' ambitions to provide a converged product offering specifically for the SME and mid-market business customer.
Matthew Riley, Chief Executive Officer of Daisy, said: "These transactions are the first steps for Daisy in executing its strategy to consolidate the fragmented reseller market and become a dominant force in the SME and mid-market arena.
